Design Development Solutions
Conceptual Floor Plan Solutions
We will consult with you, your staff and if necessary your local architect to determine your goals and project parameters. An in depth review of local codes and ordinances will be performed early so that your project can proceed smoothly. We will provide you with a comprehensive program review prior to commencing design. Conceptual floor plans are then produced utilizing either AutoCAD or Revit (Building Information Modeling) software depending on the size and complexity of the project and your personal preferences. These conceptual drawings are then transmitted via both physical and electronic means for your review.
Following review and design approval, conceptual documents are forwarded to your local architect for completion of required engineering and construction documents. We serve as a design consultant to the local architect throughout the remaining design phases. They serve as project architect and architect-of-record. VisionTect Studio LLC remains available for consultation as construction documents are finalized and building construction commences.
Conceptual Floor Plan Services are confirmed by proposal but generally include:

Total Solutions
Total Solutions provides you with our most comprehensive service. We provide all architectural and engineering services necessary for the completion of your veterinary facilty. Delivery depends on state licensure and is provided through VisionTect Studio LLC or through an A/E affiliate licensed in your jurisdication. This solution includes all of the services mentioned in the other packages, but also includes construction administration services.
